Summer Food Service Program
With summer right around the corner, it’s time to think about summer feedings while school is out. Johnson County Central provides free healthy meals to children and teens ages 1-18 during the summer.

What is the Summer Food Service Program?
SFSP is a federally-funded, state-administered program. The SFSP reimburses providers who serve FREE meals to children and teens in low income areas during the summer.
Summer Meals will be served at Johnson County Central High School starting on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 through Thursday, July 13th, 2023. Monday through Thursday (NO FRIDAYS or HOLIDAYS). Lunch 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Schedule:
- Tues-Thur, May 23rd-25th (No Meal on Monday, May 22nd)
- Tues-Thur, May 30th-June 1st (No Meal on Monday, May 29)
- Mon-Thur, June 5th-8th
- Mon-Thur, June 12th-15th
- Mon-Thur, June 19th-22nd
- Mon-Thur, June 26th-29th
- Mon-Thur, July 3rd-6th (No Meal on Tuesday, July 4th)
- Mon-Thur, July 10th-13th
ALL MEALS WILL BE CONSUMED ON SITE. NO GRAB AND GO Meals, that is not an option.
