2025 JCC Homecoming Week

You are invited to help us celebrate the 19th edition of Homecoming at Johnson County Central the week of Sunday, September 14th through Friday, September 19th, 2025!
Kick off the week at the Community Tailgate, Pep Rally, & Bonfire at the High School Football Field. Join us for activities, food from The Grain Bin, and the annual lighting of the bonfire. The event begins at 6 PM, with the lighting of the bonfire happening at dusk. For more information, please visit this link.
Students and staff can celebrate all week with the Spirit Week Dress Up Days Tuesday through Friday! On Friday, JCC will have the annual Homecoming Parade around the square, finishing with the Pep Rally at the football field.
Then help cheer on the Thunderbirds as JCC hosts Johnson-Brock on Friday evening, kickoff at 7 PM. The Coronation of this year's King & Queen will follow the game, with the week concluding with the high school Homecoming Dance.
The JCC Booster Club invites everyone to a 5th Quarter at the Tecumseh Country Club following the game. Free will donation & light snacks will be provided.

Wednesday, Sept 17th: Student/Teacher Swap
• Students dress like a teacher. And teachers dress like a student.
Thursday, Sept 18th: Luau
• Dress as a hula dancer or a tourist.
Friday, Sept 19th: JCC Spirit & Parade Day
• Wear your Thunderbird gear & show your school spirit! Dress in Red, Black, & Gold!
• Parade Day - Starts at 2:30 PM
- Starts at school, will loop around the square downtown, & finish at the football field for the Pep Rally!
- Pep Rally will begin at approximately 3 PM
• Football vs Johnson-Brock - 7 PM - Homecoming Coronation to follow the game
• Homecoming Dance
• JCC Booster Club 5th Quarter - following the game at the Tecumseh Country Club*
*Open to the community! You are all invited by the JCC Booster Club for a 5th Quarter gathering at the TCC with a free-will donation. Light snacks will be provided.
