On the JCC website under Tecumseh Staff, find my name and go to the class webpage. It is here that they will find resources and links for math, language, and science activities. I encourage all third graders to check out these fun and educational activities.
I look forward to meeting with parents at conferences in October. It is always a pleasure to have parents visit the classroom and offer a new perspective on their child’s learning. If you have questions or concerns about your child, please give me a call.
In the classroom, third graders are enjoying learning new skills. Social science has been exciting for them. They have put the scientific method to practice in several experiments. These scientists just finished growing bean and corn seeds. They observed the differences in the roots and how fast they grew. They can now name the parts of a seed. They also know the parts of a plant and the job each performs.
