Johnson County Central PreSchool Enrollment for 2024-25 Opens February 1st, 2024
An online application can be completed beginning February 1st, 2024 on www.jccentral.org.

All preschool children, regardless of their abilities, disabilities, or the social, linguistic, or economic diversity of the children’s families are eligible to be served in our preschool program.

Our focus is to provide learning opportunities for those students who will be entering kindergarten the following year. Therefore, the majority of our enrollment will be filled by prekindergarten students. Prekindergarten is defined as a child who will be four years of age on or before July 31, 2024. A three-year-old is defined as a child who will be three years of age on or before July 31, 2024. It is preferred that your child be fully toilet trained prior to enrolling in the preschool program.
If your child is kindergarten eligible (age five by July 31, 2024), he/she is not eligible for our preschool program.
For the 2024-25 academic year, all preschool programming will he housed at the Tecumseh site. Transportation will be provided to and from licensed child care providers at no cost. Shuttle services will run between the Cook site and the Tecumseh site.

Completion of an application does not guarantee enrollment. Contact will be made by April 15, 2024 regarding enrollment for the 2024-25 school year.
