The Perceptual Data Committee needs all parents of students, who attend JCC, to complete the parent survey by November 22, 2019. Please click on the appropriate link based on your students grade level. If you have multiple children in various buildings, please choose one grade level to complete.
If you already completed a survey at Parent Teacher Conferences, you do not need to do this again. We thank you for your input, this will help our School Improvement process as we look toward the future of JCC.
