Homecoming 2022 Spirit Week

Johnson County Central will celebrate Homecoming 2022 with Spirit Week activities October 2nd-October 7th.
SUNDAY, Oct 2nd:
• Homecoming Tailgate & Bonfire - 5:30 PM (Bonfire Lighting at approximately 7 PM)
Schedule of Events:
5:30 PM - Food and Games begin
6:55 PM - Band plays pep songs to signal beginning of pep rally
7:00 PM - Cheerleaders lead cheers
7:03 PM - Coaches talk (Ben Swanson, Ryan Haughton, Tim Hedger, Nick Weber)
7:05 PM - Light the bonfire
MONDAY, Oct 3rd:
• NO SCHOOL
TUESDAY, Oct 4th:
• Western Day - Dress up old west style or new country style!
WEDNESDAY, Oct 5th:
• Gone Fishing Day - We are all going fishing!
THURSDAY, Oct 6th:
• Color Wars - Wear your colors!
• Seniors: Black
• Juniors: White
• Sophomores: Blue
• Freshmen: Pink
• 8th Grade: Neon Yellow
• 7th Grade: Neon Orange
• 6th Grade: Neon Green
• 5th Grade: Camo
• 4th Grade: Plaid
• 3rd Grade: Rainbow
• 2nd Grade: Stripes
• 1st Grade: Polka Dots
• Pre-K & Kindergarten: Red
• All Staff: Tie Dye
FRIDAY, Oct 7th:
• JCC Pride Day - Dress all out in Red, Black, and Gold!
• Parade Day - starts at 2:30 PM
- Starts at school, will loop around the square downtown, & finish at the football field for the Pep Rally!
• Football vs Exeter-Milligan/Friend - 7 PM - Homecoming Coronation to follow the game
• JCC Booster Club Social @ Tecumseh Country Club (following coronation) - all friends & family are welcome!
JCC Homecoming 2022 Parade & Pep Rally (10/7/22):
Parade will go around the square downtown & return back to the football field for the pep rally.
• 2:30 PM - Parade starts at the school
Route: The parade will begin at the High School along 6th Street headed south to Broadway. Then turn west on Broadway until 3rd Street, south to Clay Street, east to 4th Street, and back north to Broadway. Then on Broadway until turning north on 6th Street back to the high school.
• Following the parade - Pep Rally at the Football Field
SATURDAY, Oct 8th:
• Thunderbird Fall Classic Golf Tournament @ Tecumseh Country Club (9 AM Tee Time) - all alumni, family, & friends are welcome!
