For Valentines Day the Independent Living classes competed in a cake decorating contest complete with fondant and butter cream frosting. Each group had the opportunity to plan out their cake designs Tuesday and Wednesday before Valentines Day and on Thursday & Friday prior they made and colored their fondant. The picture captions include what place the group received and participants first names.
