JCC FBLA Kicks off the Year

Launch the media gallery 1 playerOur 2017-18 JCC FBLA year is off and running. We held our first meeting, of the new school year, on Sept. 5th, 2017. There were 51 members present. At the meeting, officers were elected and new business was discussed. This year’s officers are:

On Sept. 25, 2017 our officers and class representatives attended the Fall Leadership Conference in Lincoln, NE. At this conference, we listened to dynamic speakers, participated in breakout sessions and team building activities, and set a plan for the year ahead.
Our first fundraiser with Club’s Choice will begin on Sept. 28th. The money raised will help our students attend various competitions and donate to community and state causes. In addition to our fundraising activities, we are planning to assist the community through a variety of service projects. We will be trick-or-treating for our local food pantries, once again, in the hopes of helping stock the shelves for those in need during our upcoming holiday seasons.

June 29-July 2, 2018—National Leadership Conference in Baltimore, MD
