Launch the media gallery 1 playerThis year, ten advanced art students have the opportunity to add Apple Pencils and the creative app Procreate to their bag of art tools! This additional technology allows the students to generate art digitally providing the development of skills used in the graphic design industry.
Ms. Sisco, the current Art Student Teacher from Peru State College, is using the Apple Pencil to add color to the coat-of-arms for the Middle School House Eternal. All of the House Eternal members were given the option to design the color scheme for the mascot element of the coat-of-arms. A line drawing of the House Eternal mascot, a jabberwokyish conglomeration of creatures created by our house members, was provided for all members. Wesley Schmidt, Harrison Bacon and Rue Kuhl submitted color scheme ideas. All of the student ideas are being combined to create the final design. Rue has even used the Apple Pencil, along with Ms. Sisco, to add color to the design.
